Hi Scott,

Is it possible to get the post thaw motility and count on the phone with the cryobank before I order it. I would like to buy samples from someone with a high count and motility. The last vials I got were not as high as I would like. He was rated a "3" and I am looking for a "4."

    Unfortunately, it is impossible to give post thaw numbers on a frozen vial. In the rare instance that a vial does not meet our required standards and the insemination is unsuccessful, you are eligible for a credit.
