Hi Scott,
Can you give me any extra info on donor 12235? I can get everything to open except his short profile will not open. I am not sure if the problem is on my side or with the actual document. Is he a newer donor? Any info you have is greatly appreciated. Thanks so much for all the time you put into answering my many questions

    Hi mwig -

    I am able to open the Short Profile with no problem, so it would appear to be an issue on your side.

    Unfortunatley, I am out of the office for the next week and do not have access to our internal server, so I am not able to look him up for you. I can tell you that he is a newer donor.

    If you call Client Services, they will be happy to email you a pdf of the Short Profile and answer any other questions you may have about 12235.
