IUI tomorrow stressed!

First IUI tomorrow. I'm so completely stressed about the IUI and the thought of being a single parent. Advice from those who lived to tell about it?

    Not the single parent part (although I grew up with a wonderful single mom and an absolutely happy childhood, if that helps), but I've been through several IUIs (hoping the last one takes) and there's nothing to worry about at all. I barely felt anything and when I did, it was just slightly uncomfortable. Plus it's over really quickly. Then you can lay there for a while and just relax.

    It's the 2WW that's the hard part. But you'll make it through that too :-)

    Nriley, how did your IUI go? Have you tested already to see if you get a BFP? What donor did you use? Good luck!

    the IUI went well actually. I got to see a sample under the microscope. It looked good so I'm in the second week of my TWW. Everyone is right. It is really hard to wait. I used donor 5280.

    BFN for me. I was sure it worked. Better luck next time I guess.
