Facial Features Report and Open donor questions

Question 1: Why do some donors have facial feature reports and other don't? Is this an optional form for the donor?

Question 2: If I am looking into a donor who is "open" but do not want/ need the open donor option, is there any way to pay the reduced fee of an anonymous donor instead and waive the open donor privilege?

    Hi acf_pta -

    Facial Feature Reports are eventually available for all donors. Sometimes there is a slight lag in the process. If you email your request to LaTrice at lallen@cryobank.com she can generally have the report completed within 1 business day.

    Because the prices for Open Donor vials are based on our cost to produce them, not the ability to potentially contact the donor, we are not able to lower the vial fees.
