My insurance paid for my office vists,lbs,and ultrasounds. I paid for inseminations,medication,and sperm. My insmenations were 202 for washed vials and 270 for unwashed, but that was discounted because I work in that network.0

I recently used an Re in OKC and it was $225 for the IUI and sperm count. This was with IUI Prem. vial. I have no meds and did a natural cylce.0
