I just returned my form to the cryobank yesterday. Do you know how long it should take for me to hear back about my credit?

    Sorry to hear about your specimen. It is rare, but it can happen.

    It generally takes about 2 weeks for us to process the form and issue you the credit (assuming the vial qualifies).

    I'm sorry, but CCB does not currently offer a financing option. This question was about a credit for a substandard specimen.
