Storage Discontinuation

If one fills out the form to discontinue storage of vials. What happens to those vials you've paid for but are too old for a buy back? What is the process?

    Hi Tla -

    I would suggest contacting Carmen in Client Services at x1141. She will be able to confirm if your vials qualify for a buyback. She can also assist you if you have a specific request for what to do with your vials if you discontinue your storage account.
