More than one sperm bank

Once a donor donates to your bank, is there any guarentee that he won't donate at another bank. I ask this because then it would raise his family unit number significantly. Thank you for the information

    We certainly ask the applicants and reject them if they have donated elsewhere. We are one of a few major US sperm banks currently working towards a National Gamete Donor Registry that would create a central repository for donor medical histories and allow all sperm and egg banks to know if applicants had previously donotated elsewhere.
