How many pregnancies did donor 5620 produce?

    We have less than 5 pregnancies reported for Donor 5620. He is retired with no more vials available for sale.

    I have a vial on hold. Is 5 considered to be a low number of births?

    Hi Steph -

    All CCB donors go through a strict screening process which includes specimen quality. The number of reported pregnancies has absoulutely nothing to do with your personal chances of success. Every donor eventually has pregnancies reported. The number is usually based on how long the donor has been available and how "popular" he has been.

    Don't worry about anything other than what feels right. Your specimen quality will be great no matter what donor you choose.

    I realize this post is from 2011. But I also used Donor 5620 and are curious if you have reported a pregnancy?
