Donor 12322

I was wondering what the "statistics" were on Donor 12322? Pregnancies, miscarriages, live births.

He has been a featured donor for so long I was guessing he would have high numbers...

Just wondering if anyone has had success as well.

*Trying in a few weeks :)

    Hi Jenn -

We have more than 5 reported pregnancies and at least one reported birth for this donor.

Losses naturally occur in 20-25% of all pregnancies -- often before the woman even realizes she is pregnant. Because a woman going through fertility treatment or insemination is closely in-tune with her cycle, she will be hyper-aware if she is "late" versus an average woman who just gets her period a couple of days later than usual.

While we do have at least 1 reported loss for this donor, it should not be of any concern. Virtually all CCB donors with reported pregnancies will also have losses (reported or not).

When the male has passed a chromosome analysis (as all CCB donors do during screening), any miscarriage is basically the result of an uncontrollable spontaneous mutation, an egg/embryo issue, or a uterine issue.

Basically, if the sperm gets the DNA to the egg, it has done it's job and has little or nothing else to do with the success of the pregnancy.

    Good luck,

    Scott
