Important CCB Notice Regarding Winter Shipments

Hi All -
If you plan to ship vials during the winter season, please keep in mind that extreme weather may cause significant FedEx delays. These delays can occur regardless of your hometown weather, as a result of the FedEx shipping routes.
CCB strongly advises you to plan for your shipments to arrive a minimum of 48 hours prior to your procedure. The shipping tank will keep your specimen safe for up to 7 days.
Please note that CCB is not reponsible for any costs associated with missed cycles due to delivery delays. (This includes physician fees, medication, or any other costs outside CCB's immediate control.)
We understand the financial and emotional investment involved and we ask you to please schedule your shipments accordingly. We are here to help you through this journey and look forward to hearing your success stories in 2014!
