# of Available Vials

Hello.
I selected donor 13223 and it showed that there were 25+ available ICI Premium vials available.
Two days ago my clinic SFIRM ordered two vials for me to be delivered to them directly.
I later called the clinic to follow up and they confirmed that the order had been placed by phone.

I went back to the donor profile to see if the # oof available vials had reduced but it is still showing 25+...

How is this possible? I am wondering if there has been a mistake or if perhaps the clinic SFIRM has ordered vials from another donor...

I would have preferred to order the vials directly, but they insisted on placing the order for me...

Please help...

    hi i may not be entirely correct but my understanding is that the max that the cryobank will show available is 25+ meaning they will not say if there are 30 vials etc but once the count of vials drops below 25 then they start counting down 24, 23, etc.

    Olearye is correct. 25+ means that there are more than 25 vials available. The website only displays the actual number once the quantity available is 25 or less.

    If it will ease your mind, you can always contact your clinic to confirm the donor number. The donor number is on the actual vial, so you can also verify it with your physician at the time of your insemination.
