ICI physician sign off

I was just wondering...

Can i get my midwife (who works at the Birthing Center and will delivering my future baby) to sign off for my ICI vials to be shipped?

    Yes, licensed midwives are able to sign the authorization form. Please keep in mind that we only provide the specimen, so you may also want to discuss with her what other supplies you'll need for the insemination.

    Can any type physician sign off on the ICI or IUI?

    Hi Crazy -

    The physician must be licensed. Most women go to their OB/GYN or a Reproductive Endocrinologist.

    It’s beneficial to work with a medical professional that is familiar with donor insemination in case you have any medical-related questions regarding the process.
