Conception Cap?

Hi everyone, I'm wondering if anyone has had any experience using a conception cap. My partner and I are going to start trying to conceive in April or May and are attempting to determine the best method. She would like to try at home initially because her OBGYN, who is a lesbian and has had much success with patients and herself getting pregnant at home, told her that we should try at home for 3 cycles. Everything I've read suggests that this might not be the best option; however, it's the one we're going with. We've read Taking Charge of Your Fertility and are currently charting temperatures every day to determine patterns but I recently saw an article about the conception cap and wondered if anyone has tried this. On another note, when I just logged in to type this I noticed that one of our picks is now available, how exciting!
