Saw 2 weiners in the ultrasound yesterday!!!!

One of the boys has Single Umbilical Artery, but the ultrasound looked great. I follow up with another ultrasound in 4 weeks with the Pediatric Cardiologist so he can look at his heart.

90% of cases turn out to be completely healthy, my doctor said he thinks we are definitely in that 90%.

Saying prayers all day, everyday for my boys to be healthy and strong.

    Congrats, Melissa! I had my 2nd egg retrieval today, and they were able to retrieve 4 eggs. Hopefully, they will all be mature and fertilize. I go back on Tuesday for the embryo transfer. Fingers crossed that I'll get a little half sibling for your twin boys! :)

    Thanks, Melissa! Found out this morning that 2 of the 4 fertilized, so hopefully both embryos will be healthy enough to be transferred on Tuesday. If they both stick, we might both be blessed with twins! :)

    BTW...did you ever find out if there were other confirmed pregnancies with 12742?

    I'm not sure. No one replied with a confirmed pregnancy, I had a few replies with women trying.

    That would be so awesome if you had twins too. I am saying prayers for you!!!! Can't wait to hear your good news!

    I wish I could say that I was patiently waiting too, but there's nothing patient about it. The two week wait is brutal. It hasn't even been a week yet. Hopefully, these next 10 days will go faster than the first 4 have. I will definitely let you know as soon as I find out. They implanted 2 healthy looking 6-cell embryos, so I'm feeling really good about it this time!

    Congratulations!!! I just logged on here for the first time in awhile, and was wondering if you got the good news of twins! That's awesome, couldn't be happier for you. I can't remember, did you do IVF or IUI? Just wondering because I am doing my first cycle with clomid, but because of my work (pretty long hours), would probably be better for me if it's a singleton! :-)

    I stayed super busy the entire time to keep my mind off the 2ww. I was exhausted by bedtime, so my mind was too tired to think about it. The last few days killed me though. LOL.
    9 more days. It seems like forever away, but will be here before you know it.

    Unfortunately, the blood tests came back negative today. Hopefully, the doctor will give me the green light to try IVF again in April. 3rd time's a charm, right?

    Karin. I did IUI, it worked my first try.

    A_walton: The boys are doing great. I am feeling them kicking daily now, I can feel it with my hand now. I was feeling like popcorn popping and wasn't sure if it was kicking, til I had my hand on my belly one night and BAM swift kick! haha!

    Adambro: I'm sorry. I don't know what it feels like to get the negative, but I imagine it is never easy. It will happen for you, we're staying positive and wishing tons of baby dust!
