Hoping for a baby

I had my second iui this month. My 1st one did not result in pregnancy. I am hoping my 2nd one will work. But I feel as if I am going to get my period. I have the progesterone level test on tuesday. Last time the results were 2.9...hopefully this time it is higher. Have tons of worries that I can't get pregnant even though all lab work is ok.
