Hello, would you be able to tell my why this donor retired from the program? Also confirm the vials last for a week after shipped? If I use it on the 7th day will it be any less effective had I used it on the 1st day?

    Hi Mommy23 -

    Your vial(s) remain safe in the tank for up to 7 days from the time they are packed. If you use Priority Overnight shipping, you will have 6 days. It is likely the vials may last up to 10 days in the tank, but our specimen guarantee only extends through the first 7 days.

    This donor opted to retire voluntarily.

    He only has 12 vials remaining, so if you are interested I suggest not waiting too long.

    I will need it ordered on 9.1.09 (next Tuesday), is there anything I can do to guarantee there will still be vial available or would I have to pay a storage fee?

    Once you purchase the vials you have 30 days to ship them or place them in storage. There is no additional charge to order today and schedule them to be shipped next week.
