I notice that the informational materials for donor 14564 is in 2015, but the website says that he's a new donor. Which is accurate? When did this donor become active?

    Hi L -

    It usually takes about a year from when a donor starts our program to when his vials become available for sale. Donor 14564 started our program in Summer 2015 and his vials became available in Summer 2016.

    He recently had new vial inventory released which is why he has the "New" indicated next to his donor number.

    We updated our search a few months ago to mark donors as "New" when they have new inventory released. These donors may be "new" to clients that were not searching at the time these donors were originally released.

    If you'd like to search for a brand new donor, you can change the "Default Sort" on the Donor Search to "Newest Donor". That will sort the donors in order of newest donor released to our catalog.
