11651 Post-thaw counts

Just wanted to share our total motile post-thaw counts for donor 11651.

1st IUI 9.5 million BFN

2nd IUI 10.1 million BFN

CCB guarantees at least a 10mil post-thaw count. Donor 11651 is borderlining this guarantee each time it seems :( Counts aren't necessarily low, but motility is always below 50%, making the total number to work with low. We will be changing donors if this continues.

    Hi,

    I used 11651 the last two months for my IUI. My count was also between 9 and 10 million, I can't remember what motility was but this last month the IUI was successful and I am pregnant.

    He seems to have a good number of pregnancies.

    Awwww congrats! And thanks so much! So, lucky IUI#2 for you? I'm very happy for you!

    I have no idea how many pregnancies he has. It just seemed discouraging to hear other people getting total motile counts of 30-60 million with other donors for the same price I am paying, and they were all getting pregnant!

    His counts were good post-thaw, 40 million on the 1st, but only 24% of them were motile making the TMC 9.5. 2nd one was 27 million post-thaw and less than 40% of them were motile making that TMC 10.1.

    I really like this donor's specs-so close to my husband it's scary (minus hair and eye color). So, maybe we will keep trying with this one. It's just good to hear another reported pregnancies with the same statistics I am getting :) Thanks!
