Per the email that was sent out today, can you provide any specifics about the rise of rates for Jan.1 2015?
How much will the increase be?

    UGH they just increased it last year. So far it's the most expensive bank. Please let us know how much it will be increased.

    We understand this is an expensive process and that price increases may seem random. However, our priority is continuing to provide the highest quality donors, best donor selection, strictest screening standards, highest specimen quality, and most dedicated customer service possible. In doing so, our internal operating costs continue to rise each year (genetic testing fees, shipping tanks, lab equipment, staffing costs, etc). This is true of most companies.

    Hopefully, the advance notice will allow you to store vials for next year. Please remember that we offer a 50% Buyback option for unused vials that have not left our facility.
