Per the email that was sent out today, can you provide any specifics about the rise of rates for Jan.1 2015?
How much will the increase be?

UGH they just increased it last year. So far it's the most expensive bank. Please let us know how much it will be increased.

In doing so, our internal operating costs continue to rise each year (genetic testing fees, shipping tanks, lab equipment, staffing costs, etc). This is true of most companies.
