Storage question

So my doctor just got results from my HSG and stated that I have something where I have fluid in my tubes and need to be treated with an antibiotic and wait a cycle... however, I was told to purchase my vial and its on its way. I have read that you guarantee 7 days in the package but didn't know if I can keep it in a freezer or in dry ice for a month? Just trying to see what my options are here because I really don't want to waste $1000.
Thanks

If your physician's facility doesn't have cryogenic storage, you can ship it back to us and we can store it for a month for free. (You will have to pay shipping fees to ship it out again next month.)
It needs to be stored in cryogenic storage and can't be kept in a freezer or dry ice.
Please call Client Services right away at 866-927-9622 to assist you further. The return shipment was already paid for, but you may want to upgrade the return shipment from 2 business day delivery to 1 business day delivery so we can get it back faster.
Regards,
Nicole
