Transferring Sperm Ownership

Hello,

I have bought sperm and got pregnant, baby is due soon.
We still have 4 vials stored at CCB, a friend is interested in buying them from us. What is the procedure to do the transfer and what are the CCB fees for that? Also, our donor is now retired so is it possible to transfer his sperm to a new account?
