Hello,

I purchased package 1 for donor 5575 a few months back and downloaded the long profile and baby picture. I was wondering if you send a copy of the baby photo by mail if requested or if I need to repurchase the photo in order to have one mailed to me?

    You will need to request a photo be mailed to you through our Client Services Department. 866-927-9622. There is a small handling fee for printing and mailing the photo but you do not need to purchase it again.
