contacting donors

Hi Scott,

I was just curious. Is there any way to reach out to donors just to ask questions or express gratitude if they are anonymous?

Thanks

  • Hi Pink -

You may leave a letter on file that will will pass onto the donor should he contact us.

In general, we do not contact donors on behalf of clients. Only the children once they turn 18.

We appreciate how much you appreciate them, and we always let the donors know what an amazing gift they are sharing with the families they help.

Thank you for the kind thought,

    Scott

  • Do the donors EVER contact you?
  • Hi Chatty -

Rarely. If they do, we do not contact families. We make a note in the donor's chart that he is open to contact when/if any requests come in.

    Regards,

    Scott
  • Scott,

How do we go about leaving a letter on file? Do we send an email? Physically mail a letter addressed to our donor# to one of the offices? I know for a fact the mom group for our donor would love to leave a letter for our donor on the off chance he contacts CCB.
  • Hi Jala -

You can send an email or letter to our Donor Department to include in his chart. Make sure you include the donor number.

  • Thank you so much Scott! I will tell them it is a long shot he will ever get the letter but it will still make them all very happy to know we tried. :)
