On my first visit to the fertility clinic, my doctor wrote prescriptions for folic acid and prenatal vitamins. She also directed me to a website (www.lef.org) where she suggested I purchase Mitochondrial Energy Optimizer and CoQ10.
The Mitochondrial Energy Optimizer looks like it prevents cellular degeneration in general, but it's not clear how it may affect fertility. I've read about CoQ10 boosting male fertility/sperm motility, but I'm not sure what it would do for me.
Does anyone have experience with (or information about) either of these supplements?
thanks!

CoQ10 is a superior antioxident and if you are trying to improve egg health it is one of the best Q10. I have also been frequenting a site www.natural-fertility-info.com that I have found to be extremely informative about supplements that improve fertility. Best of luck!!!
