Inseminating at home - tips for thawing?

We will be trying for the second time at home and were wondering if anyone has tips for thawing?

    My partner and I are newly exploring our options. Are you guys working with a fertility clinic also or doing this on your own?

    10 minutes in a 98 degree water bath.

    When we were at the Dr's office for our IUI, they put the vial of sperm in a paper towel and had me hold it in my hand as you want it to be "body temperature" and keep it in your hand until you're ready to use it.
