refund question

I was wondering if I was to buy a vial and store it with your storage services and I changed my mind, could I get a refund on the vial? Does the 30 day rule still apply or is it different because it is never shipped to me?

    Hi goth -

    We offer 30 days once a vial is purchased to schedule shipping or open a storage account. Once either has been done you can not return the vial for full price. During that 30 day period, you can return the vial for a full refund.
