Out of the 3 look-a-likes for Donor 13645, he looks most like a combination of John Stamos & Emile Hirsch.
Emile Hirsch- similar face shape
John Stamos- (look at the young photos of Stamos, especially the "Fan Pop" photo with the pink background and teal shirt) similar eyes, nose, and smile
Lou Diamond Phillips- high cheekbones, similar smile lines
