How do I report a birth?

How do I report my son'd birth. I reported my pregnancy, but I gather from reading the posts here that the birth report is a seperate process. I looked under "post conception service" but only found a link for reporting pregnancy. Please let me know.

    The easiest thing to do is just call in to 866-927-9622. We are happy to take the report over the phone.
