After 24 days in the NICU Chloe is finally home and doing well! We had our first Dr. visit today and she finally broke 5lbs!!! Having her in the NICU was really hard but now that shes home safe and healthy it was all worth it! Thanks for all your prayers and well wishes, I know they helped!!
