RE's in NJ/NY area?

in Single Mothers by Choice
So I have decided to start this process on my own and have been trying to decide on fertility clinics. I'm in Rockland County, New York (10977)and would love to hear from those who have been to a RE in the NJ/NY area and the experience they've had as a single woman. I've been looking on line and it's just so over-whelming.

    HildaU go to Dr. Zalman Levine of the Fertility Institute of Westwood, NJ. All my Rockland County friends went there and have babies. I hear he is absolutely wonderful and super caring. Very well-educated and cutting edge. Staff wonderful to work with. Phone number 201-666-4200. Make an appt. I know three people who raved about him.

    I had emailed you, but had not heard anything. So glad you checked the boards again.

    Have an appointment with Dr.Levine, on Feb 18. So excited and nervous. Are there any specific questions I should ask?

    I was looking for the email but never saw it. I wonder if it went to trash for some reason. I can't think of specific questions. He will evaluate you. All RE's do blood work and give an ultrasound and then get you started with IUIs. Have you chosen a donor?

    I haven't chosen a donor as yet, but there are about six that I really like. Don't want to get too attached right now because when I'm ready to order, they might not be available. I am hoping I can get started in April or May, but I am sure it will depend on blood work or tests I might need.
