Age of donor?

Hi, I'm new to this forum. Turned 35 this year. Can people please share their thoughts around the age of the donor? Especially if it is an open donor, I'm wondering if it would be weird for the donor to be more than 12 years younger than me. Any advise or reasoning would be appreciated. Thank you!

There's the age of the donor today, which was my original question. But I'm also curious if it matters what the donors age is at time of donation. Or how long ago they donated. Do older vials somehow have less chance of success than newer ones?

well you are not going to be in a relationship with this person, so it really doesn't matter. I'm pregnant by a donor over ten years younger. no the vials are good for many years. I wouldn't worry about that.
