overnight shipping

If I call and ask for overnight shipping on a weekday- is it guaranteed? I am in Maine. Also, is there any way to determine time of arrival?

  • Hi J -

    Excellent question!

We use FedEx for shipments and while their on-time delivery rate is excellent, there are unforeseen circumstances like thunderstorms in the Southern U.S., technical issues with aircraft, severe flooding, etc. that can cause delivery delays.

We always suggest to have your package arrive at least 24-48 hours before your scheduled insemination. We understand how important timing is and want your insemination to go as smoothly as possible.

Our FedEx Priority option usually has packages arrive before noon, but delivery time can differ if the shipping address is a home, business, or rural area.

Please don't wait until the day before you need the specimen to schedule your shipment. If we do a same-day shipment there is an additional processing fee.

I encourage clients to call us at least a week before their insemination date so we can help you talk through the best shipping option and ship date for your needs. Our Client Services team is happy to help. Please give us a call at 866-927-9622.

    Regards,
