My wife and I would really like to have this donor for my next round, we used him before. He's done with the program and only has ICI left. If anyone is interested please let me know! ashleygambles1104@gmail.com

    You can use ICI vials for an IUI. It just means that the sperm isn't already washed but your RE's office should be able to wash it.

    I read a little about that I just didn't want the quality to drop....have you heard anything about the success rate if you do it that way?

    I haven't read about success rates but I would think they're about the same. My nurse told me that with washed sperm, they seem to survive the thaw better but ICI starts with more sperm to begin with so I would think the numbers are probably about the same.
