I was wondering what the pregnancy rates and birth rates were for donor 11809? This will be my 6th IUI with this donor. I don't want to change donors because he is a close match to my husband and his numbers post-thaw are excellent.
Thanks,
Stephanie

11809 has 5 or more pregnancies and less than 5 births reported.
I'm sorry it is taking longer than I'm sure you were expecting. It is an unfortunate reality of the process. The average is about 4 medicated IUIs per successful pregnancy, so many people find themselves in your same situation.
The good news is that there is no reason to change donors unless you are superstious or find another donor you prefer. All CCB donors are equally capable of contributing to a pregnancy. Switching at this point will not effect your odds.
Not that you are out of the normal range, but after 6 tries you may want to speak to your physician about considering IVF. Your chances of success are much higher and depending on how many medicated IUI cycles you are willing to continue trying, the cost may not be all that much more in the end.
Best of luck,
