Implantation bleeding 15 days after IUI

Has anyone experienced light spotting, or implantation bleeding, around 15 days, or later, past IUI and been successfully pregnant? I've read that implantation bleeding occurs 9-12 days past ovulation. It's day 15 for me and I'm not sure what is going on! AF trying to arrive? Or...... my future little one already deciding to be a late runner?
Would love some advise as my fingers are still crossed that this round will be my BFP!!
