At Home Inseminations

I am intersting in learning about the process for at home inseminations. I am already registered and have had vials sent to my doctor from CCB. But I am now considering doing the procedure at home given my work schedule and inability to attend to multiple physician visits.
In addition to the process, can you also clarify whether one can order IUI specimens for ICI (at home procedure). The donor I prefer no longer has ICI specimens left.
Thanks.

While you can use your IUI vial for an ICI, you may be lowering your chances for success. The IUI vials contain less sperm than the ICI because they are intended to be inseminated directly into the uterus. Sperm in an ICI have much farther to travel to find the egg and many will not make it through the journey.
Good luck,
