baby photo not working?

I have a daughter by donor 11385 and am currently pregnant with twins by this same donor. I logged back in to access the baby photo I purchased a while ago and the link doesn't work anymore. I waited some time (3 weeks) and tried again but still cannot access it. Will this be fixed soon?
