Would like a brother or sister with donor 13650. What is the process?

    Hi Nic -

    Vials for siblings should be considered when making your initial vial purchase. Unfortunately, Donor 13650 is sold out and he completed our donor program.

    You can contact Client Services and ask to be added to the notification list so that we can email you if we receive any buyback vials for this donor. The only other option would be reactivating the donor. This process can be both lengthy and costly. Below is a link with more details.

    Please keep in mind that neither one of these options guarantee additional vials for this donor. Our Client Services team can assist you if you need to select a new donor.

    Is there anyway to know if there are some vials in storage?

    Yes, as mentioned above, it's possible that we may receive buyback vials for this donor. We cannot predict if and when this may happen. Clients that take advantage of our Family Tomorrow program may store vials for at least 3 years.
