I also have questions about the the counts,it says that art vials are 8-5 mil but the vial we got was only in the 2 m. my new Doc told me that i should try to do something about this,because it was a poor vial.but now i don't know what to do cause I am going to start my IVF cycle soon and need another vial.but we are worried about the quality ...(do we get credit for poor vials?

ICI art are to be 8-14 mil..why was the one we purchase only in the range of 2 mil...
