Attractiveness scale

We've read on the bulletin that there is a donor rating system ranging from average attractiveness to 8.5. If we have already purchased vials for a particular donor, may we find out what number he was assigned on that scale, even if we did not utilize donor matching services?

    If you call and ask, they will tell you over the phone. I asked about all my potential picks.

    Yes, you can contact Client Services at 866-927-9622 and ask about the donor's looks. We don't post attractiveness ratings on our website.
