could you tell me the procedure to purchase the vial from another client whose vial are at California Cryo ?

Yes, when you log into your account go to the Forms page: https://cryobank.com/Account/Forms/

Download the "Non-Family Transfer of Ownership of Purchase & Store Vial(s) Request Form". You'll find the requirements on that form. Please note that the documents that you and the other client sign will need to be notarized.

The cost is currently $345 for us to facilitate the transfer and the process takes about 4 weeks. There may also be storage costs if you need to store the vials before you are ready to ship them.

If you purchased vials from us before, your A2 & A3 forms should already be on file, but you may need to update your A1 form before you can ship the vials.

Please keep in mind if the donor is restricted for sibling use, we can only transfer the vials if you have a previous pregnancy from that donor. To check on the donor's status please feel free to call us at 866-927-9622 or send us an email: https://cryobank.com/About-US/Contact-Us/Email-Us/
