Purchased vials from Open Donor but now he switched to Anonymous.

When we purchased the vials from the donor, he was an open donor. Since we gave birth to a child, he changed his status to anonymous. We paid extra to ensure our child would be able to have 1 contact with the donor if he wanted that. Now that the donor changed to anonymous, what will happen if my child wants to reach him? If he is not going to honor the open status, do we get a refund for the price difference between open and anonymous?
