no response

I emailed cryobank about a very low count on a vial i purcesed in november,i have not gotten any response from anyone.I need to purcese additional vials, but im sure that i should get a refund.so if you can have anyone contact me i would really appreciate it.thank you
I need asap starting my next IVF soon..
