Storage of vials/ Exchange

I previously purchased 5 vials which made me eligible for 1 yr of free storage. If I purchase additional vials of another donor, would they be included with my 1 yr storage.


What is the process for exchange, I have 1 vial of 13306 in storage and he is no longer available. I am contemplating an exchange for a donor with limited availability so I can purchase an additional vial. So that I can have two vials of same donor

    Yes, if you have an existing storage account, you can add vials of another donor to that existing account.
