Can you please clarify something about sperm counts/motility?
For example, if a vial is listed as 12 million post wash with 50% motility, does that mean there are only 6 million viable sperm? Or is it 12 million after the 50% motility?

That would be 12 million motile sperm (meaning approx. 24 million total sperm).
