Femara vs Clomid...advise PLEASE

Hi Ladies,
I think I my next cycle is going to be a medicated one. My RE had mentioned clomid, however another of my doctors suggested I talk to her about Femara instead. So help ladies. What success have you had with clomid or Femara? And what side effects did you have with either or both.

Any insite you could give me would be great. I want to make and informed decision and I am sure you ladies can help.

    My doctor has chosen Femera for me. I have not started taking it. I should start this week. My doctor said that it has a lower chance of multiples and a lower chance of causing cysts. Femara is labeled for breast cancer treatment and it is being used off label for fertility. I hope this helps.

    ive taken clomid for several cycles and has caused too much thining to my uterine lining...not to mention hot flashes like menopause!! Im about to start femara with gonal-f and have been told that this combination has a higher risk of multiples than clomid alone.
