Having 1st IUI!

Ok, I'm having my 1st IUI with donor sperm tomorrow and I'm kinda worried because I was a little naughty and had relations with a local friend. My question is, does anyone know if this will mess up the IUI process tmrw, does it matter, can they tell that I had sex? Would they delay the IUI or not? Thanks!

    As long as you used a condom, I think you should be fine. If you didn't, they might be able to see the semen that's still there and depending on how your office works, that could be a problem. It's also a problem if you didn't use a condom and used a trigger shot because the sperm from your friend will live long enough to fertilize your egg. I've heard that CCB makes doctors agree not to combine their sperm with any other so depending on how your office is, if your doctor can see sperm in your vagina they might not be willing to do the iui. Otherwise, I think you should be fine since they clean your cervix and put the sperm directly into your uterus, it should avoid any leftover spermicide from the condom I would think.
