Hello, I would like to know if there is any way possible to get ICI premium vials for a donor that only has IUI premium vials listed in their profile?? thanks alot!

    11349 is a retired donor and only has the IUI Premium left.

    If that donor is retired, no. If he is still active the request can be made through our Client Services Department but it will take a minimum of 6-8 months for those vials to become avaialable.

    You can also check with Client Services at 866-927-9622 to see if there are ICI vials already collected but still in quarantine.

    Thanks Scott, i was wondering if one can request to have the most current vials on a specific donor at the time of purchase?

    Hi rojoe-

    I'm sorry, but no. We sort our inventory by donor, not date. The good news is the amount of time a vial is frozen has nothing to do with the viability. As long as it is not allowed to thaw, a vial frozen for 10 years is the exact same as a vial frozen for 1 year.
