Fees pertaining to pickup and shipping

Just wondering what the total cost would be to pick up at a local branch in NYC. I live in New Jersey but work in New York and was just wondering if it would be more economical to pick up or having it shipped to the doctor in New Jersey

    It depends how many vials you are purchasing. With the purchase of 5 or more vials at one time, as per our Family Today/Family Tomorrow program, you receive free storage ($475-$1,050) and a free branch transfer ($150), so you would only have to pay the pick-up fee which is $55.

    If you purchase less than 5 vials, the minimum branch storage cost is $160, branch transfer is $150, and each pick-up would be $55. In this case, it would probably make more sense just to ship the vial(s) directly to your physician which would cost between $195-$250 depending on the FedEx option you choose.

    Please also keep in mind that vials stored at CCB are eligible for our 50% buyback program. Vials stored at a physician's office cannot be bought back or exchanged.
